Positive Visualization – Seeing And Attracting The Possible Into Your Life

As you are working through your positive visualization, think of how you are feeling. When you picture yourself living the life you want to live, how does it make you feel? Do you feel excited, scared, and happy? A good idea is to keep a journal close at hand so you can record your feelings and emotions at the end of your visualization process.

Spend at least fifteen minutes each day with your positive visualization techniques in order to reset your mind and body and help you learn new and creative ways to reach goals, relax, and reduce stress and anxiety.

Positive visualization can help you discover what is important to you as well as help you set goals for life. It is a technique to help you relax and discover what you want to do with your life, where you want to be, and how you want to get there. For example, when you begin your positive visualization technique, you can start by picturing your life as it is (however, be careful to not dwell on this stage). You start by picturing where you are at right now; however, the next step is a step away from where you are toward where you want to be. With each subsequent visualization exercise, you are moving further along your journey toward where you want to be.

As you practice positive visualization, you will find that you are able to face your days with more optimism as well as find new and creative ways to reach the goals you have set.
